Accessibility & Compliance Report

Our Accessibility & Compliance Report shows you exactly how your digital presence lines up with legal standards and inclusive design best practice. For organisations that want to reach everyone, our Accessibility and Compliance report gets you there.

An overview

Designing for everyone

We assess your site or digital product against the latest accessibility standards (WCAG), assistive technologies, UX for diverse users, plus legal compliance obligations. We identify barriers,  both obvious and hidden, then provide practical fixes and guidance.

Led by UX researchers and specialists familiar with accessibility standards and regulations, our reports deliver rigorous, user‑centred insight. Recommendations are clear, actionable and often immediate to implement.

For leadership teams, these reports help you reduce risk, widen your audience, improve customer satisfaction and trust. Inclusivity becomes a strength, not just a checkbox.

“Zaang gave us clarity we didn’t know we needed. Their audit was incisive, practical and deeply considered. Beyond identifying accessibility gaps, they helped us see how inclusive design could elevate the entire user experience.”

Frequently asked questions

What is your Accessibility & Compliance Report?

It’s a detailed evaluation of how well your digital presence (website, app, etc.) adheres to accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles – combined with insight into legal compliance and user experience for diverse abilities.

Why does accessibility matter (beyond compliance)?

Accessible design broadens your reach, improves overall UX and reduces risk. It communicates respect, builds trust and ensures your brand can connect with everyone – not just some users.

Which standards and guidelines do you assess against?

We reference the latest WCAG levels (A, AA, AAA as relevant), examine assistive technology compatibility and consider regulations or laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the scale and complexity of your platform, but for most organisations, our accessibility audits start from £2,000.

Do you also test with real users with disabilities?

Yes. Wherever possible we incorporate user testing or expert review to uncover real‑world barriers that purely automated tests can’t catch.

What deliverables will I receive?

You’ll get a clear, actionable report including:

  • A “health check” overview (strengths, gaps, risks)
  • Identified accessibility issues (visual, structural, interactive)
  • Recommendations and design fixes
  • A prioritised roadmap to guide remediation

How long does the audit take?

Depending on scale, typically 2–3 weeks from kick-off to delivery of the final report.

Will you help with implementation after the audit?

Yes, we can. Many clients choose to engage us for follow‑on work (design fixes, front‑end, training) to ensure the recommendations are implemented faithfully, but our report is often used by in-house or external development teams to inform their Accessibility development roadmap.

Can you provide compliance assurance (legally)?

We help you get as close as possible to compliance standards and flag legal risks but you should always consult legal counsel to finalise compliance assurance.

How often should I repeat an accessibility audit?

We recommend periodic checks (at least annually or after major redesigns) to ensure new updates or features haven’t introduced new barriers, that content is being populated correctly and new technologies are in line with best practices.
